Hey everyone. I was wondering if we could get the club involved in this!!! I am keeping some species and I know other members are very good with related members of some of these beautiful fish. I have been in contact with the C.A.R.E.S. folks already and have some info that I can forward to any board members that are interested. Also, all those who are interested, respond here to let us know how you feel about becoming a participant of this endeavor. Thanks you all for reading this!

I just looked them up and would be interested in learning more. For quick reference, I have also reproduced their URL below --

BAS joined the cares program last September. It is good to see there is some interest. There are links to all the Breeder Initiative documents including C.A.R.E.S. In the Breeder Initiative section on the main forum index.

If everyone wants we can have another Breeder Initiative meeting like the one we had last November in August.

I will contact Claudia and Klaus and find out what is going on. Paperwork is in the BI Forum.
