[ Back to Members' Photo Gallery ] A lesson in patience. Bryan waited some 3 or 4 years for his first lotus blossom. The only thing he did differently for the pond season of 2001 was construct a plastic greenhouse to extend the season about a month on either end. This gorgeous bloom, and many others, were his reward for the effort. The greenhouses also worked very well in jump starting the many varieties of water lilies that he keeps.
